“They said the clean room every other day and when they do they don’t even clean good. Trash under the bed, found small items of other guests such as hair bands.
They did not clean the glasses we used, when making the bed we found our earbuds inside the sheets, they never vacuum.
Overall staff was nice, but cleaning ladies need to do a much better job.”

“Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed”
