"My experience at the resorts was wonderful except at the casino. It is half smoking, but the whole casino smelled like a cigarette and I couldn't stay in there for more than 10 minutes. Room was very nice but it would've been nice to have a fridge in a room instead of a bar. We couldn't even put a bottle of water in it."

"Staff at front desk look like they didn't want to be bothered with anyone. Didn't say good afternoon good morning nothing be Hello. The beds were so hard the 3 of us woken up is so much pain. Iv never stayed in a place with beds so hard. Restaurants were great casino very smokey but fun. I ask for a high floor for the view they give me the 2nd floor looking at the heating system. For the money we spent we felt they didn't care and gave us what she felt like. The same lame lady that couldn't look you in the face and say good evening."

Because everything was excellent, I really only had to talk to the staff at check-in/out so other than, they myst be doing a great job to keep everything so smooth, I really didn’t interact much to rate them. "All was good and we frequently stay in Comfort Inns but everyone of them has the worst pillows! There are not even twin size, more like sofa throw pillows! For a bed with a king or queen you should have the appropriate size pillows!"
