“Place need to be fixed up a bit”

“What a Gem! Amber was so nice and accommodating, The place was so cute and clean, Love the decor, The beds were perfect. I couldn’t find anything wrong with this place if I tried. I’m so glad we chose to stay here. ❤️”

“Perfect clean room and bathroom. 4 pillows per bed, extra blanket. best shower pressure I have ever had in a motel!! So close to hospital and mall and Portland. Very well run a real diamond in the ruff!! Will also be our choice for this part of Maine.”

“The room was clean, but smelled of stale smoke. They were smoke free rooms. There were burn marks on the bathroom sink and night stand and the table in the room. No one ever came to the room in a 3 night stay for New towels or toilet paper. The heat worked fine. The microwave was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. I wiped everything down with a clorox wipes. My door had no dead bolt on it. It was broken. On the last night my neighbors were arguing all night. I was scared but……

I really liked the fact that it was a very clean well kept taking care of hotel and I recommend this hotel for somebody that needs to go stay in our hotel. I would give them your hotel to stay to.”

“Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. It’s like we were an annoyance to her this……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cornish Inn. The location was perfect (we were visiting friends in the area), the price was reasonable, the staff and facilities were excellent (we particularly appreciated having the quality restaurant in the inn and had both our dinner & breakfast there). The one thing we noticed that made our review good rather than excellent was that the road noise outside our room windows was quite loud until after midnight and started up again pretty early - around……
