「The listing picture wasn't even close. Front yard was part of marina with boat trailers and cars. House was filthy and in disrepair. Bedroom mattress was wrapped in moving plastic. It caved in through the bedspring when you sat on it. Carpet was so dirty and moldy that when you walked out of the bedroom, your shoes would stick. 「Great host, nice room. Entrance to the loft is on Main St. There's about 22 steps up to the room but not steep steps. Room was comfortable temperature wise and quiet. 「Close to O'Hare which was great since we had several folks coming and going at different times. One bedroom was in the basement. A little disappointed with the level of "renovation". A good value if you need all 4 bedrooms but not new or super clean. Luggage racks in bedrooms would be nice so that bags don't end up on the floor. Host was really easy to work with, agreeable, and responsive. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook most things including lots of supplies and ingredients....
