“This was the perfect cozy, warm, family hangout for a 4 night visit to see my son at UVM. The attention to detail made this feel like we were home with all the small things you miss when you’re away from home…laundry was available and free, shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, makeup remover with cotton, plenty of clean towels, dish soap, surface cleaner, paper towels, toilet paper and tissues, fans and white noise machines in every room, armoires with hangers in every room, suitcase stands to place……

“Had a nice stay for multiple nights at this cozy home. It is set way back off the street, so it was nice and quiet, with dedicated parking. Short walk to Church St. with shops and restaurants. The amenities were great and had everything we needed, although there isn't a dishwasher, so be prepared for dish pan hands! Will definitely stay here again, and you will enjoy it too! ”

“From the moment we entered the home, the beautiful, panoramic view of Malletts Bay was amazing. The house was very updated and clean. The furniture was thoughtfully arranged for groups large or small. The beds and linens were so comfortable. The kitchen was great with all new appliances, an abundance of counter space, and all essential cookware. House is convenient to recreational center, Bayside park, and convenience store. We had an incredible Christmas week on the bay! ”
