「The staff were very good and helpful, we had a trip planned, meaning we needed to leave early to catch the ferry , and they kindly opened the restaurant early so we could have breakfast before we left, also the barman was very friendly , the setting on the lake is amazing , good selection of restaurants near by, and a short trip into neighbouring Salo , we will be coming back to this hotel again .」

「This was a lovely hotel. It is right at the train station. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room had black out curtains which was great. It is close to town and easily walkable. There’s a free bus to Gardaland which leaves right outside the hotel at the station. A lovely place to base ourselves and I would recommend this.」

「Giovanni ist der gute Geist des Hotels, und er war immer sehr freundlich zu uns. Unser Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Fahrräder zum Leihen waren leider unnutzbar, wenn man mehr als 2 km fahren möchte und man sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen für die Geräusche der Straße. Sonst TOP」

「The location is fantastic. Easily connected to train bus and particularly the ferries Rooms need more storage and surfaces to organise belongings Aircon is centrally controlled at 20 degrees which was not pleasant in 35 degree heat this week. Aircon should be managed by the user not the hotel reception」
