The staff was helpful, but the place is incredibly run down. We need tried 4 different rooms before we could find one without a problem. The staff was helpful to find something that worked, but it was a lot of running around when it was hot out.

I got a wheelchair accessible room and I couldn't get my wheelchair thru the room. Not enough room at the end of bed too maneuver. Roaches in the room. I asked for extra towels and pillows and was told not available. Will not stay there ever again or my family. Wheelchair accessible rooms should be close to front so we can enjoy the breakfast also.

The toilet was spraying water and phone in room didn’t work to call the front desk. Called front desk from my phone and they got us moved quickly to a new room. Beds do not have blankets, only sheets and super thin top cover. Very clean rooms

The staff was great. The room did not look like in did in the pictures on line. The place overall was pretty run down. Stained sheets, paint peeling walls, dirty molding etc. each day when I returned to my room I had to have my room card reset because it wouldn’t work. Cable was out so no tv most of my stay. And the internet was very sporadic. I definitely will never stay here again!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS LA QUINTA!

Terrible! Will never stay there again. Room 164 -A/C not cooling. Door locks broken. Toilet paper holder broken. Bathroom exhaust fan broken. No hair dryer Desk broken. Room 170-A/C not cooling & totally broke at 4am. Door locks broken. Toilet paper holder broken. Micro wave broken. Door locks broken. Never got any sleep! Room 147-A/C working. Door locks broken. Close rack in closet broken. Had to wait till 5am for a plunger to unstop the toilet from previous tenant. Continental breakfast! Unbelievable! Waffle maker broken. Toaster broken. Juice dispensers empty. Milk expired. Coffee day old and cold. No butter. Bread moldy. Nothing edible! Wouldn't stay there if they paid me! EXPECTING A REFUND!

Not the La Quinta you'd expect

Pictures attached to this hotel are not of this La Quinta! Very deceiving. First thing, light didn't work. TV had to be connected manually each use. Phone didn't work. No knob on inside of bathroom door. If it closed you couldn't open it to get out. Carpet was stained and dirty. Tub seam very moldy. Breakfast included?? No food except 1 container that looked like cheerios cereal. Some bread but a dirty toaster. No butter or jams. Nothing hot like the pictures show. Waffle maker was very gross. Can only imagine what the batter container must be like. 3 yogurts and some wayery milk. 1 carafe of coffee but NO sugar or cream. I will however have to say the staff was friendly.

This property was less that sub par. Firstly, the bugs. So many roaches. How can you run a hotel interested with German cockroaches? It was disgusting. Second, the amenities that a hotel room should have, were lacking badly. No running water in the bathroom toilet; can't flush the toilet. The TV was broken to where the picture would fade after being on for about a minute. Then, the hotels breakfast, was pretty much non existent. Ok, they had a decrepit pancake maker with the Teflon coating wearing out in your pancake. So if you like plastic in your food, it's a great choice. No other food to choose from however, so good luck with the breakfast if that's what you're looking for. And to top it all off, the staff is about the most unfriendly group of people I've dealt with. I was hardly greeted upon entering. Had to kinda make a big deal about getting a second hotel key card made for my dad, then I was told I could not get a receipt because the booking wasn't done thru the hotel directly. So hopefully they charge me the actual price of what it costs to stay there, as I wouldn't ever pay a penny more. I wouldn't pay anything, or even be paid to stay there again for that matter. All in all, I don't know how the place even manages to be open due to everything going on. It's very slummy and run down, and I kinda still want my receipt too.

Was nothing like what was represented here on Expedia. Rooms were old, roach infested and towels were brown and dingy! I refused to stay and luckily was not given a hard time when I requested a refund! The front desk lady was extremely apologetic and very professional!
