The pool table in the game room and board games provided, will keep you busy even on rainy days!

The outdoor amenities are nothing short of spectacular: a heated pool beckons for refreshing swims, while a bubbling hot tub offers a serene spot for soaking under the stars. Golf enthusiasts will be thrilled by the private, fenced-in putting green, perfect for practicing your short game. Gather around the gas fire pit area for evening conversations and marshmallow roasting sessions, all while soaking in the serene ambiance of the surrounding mountainside!

We've stayed at many short term rentals and wanted to design a space that would assist in creating memories similar to the ones we now have with our family and friends. The trend tended to be, at all of those places, the outdoor space was what contributed the most to our favorite memories. So we focused on that here! Spend time putt putting on the private green or splash around in the pool during the days, then gather around the outdoor dining and kitchen space for a at home dining experience, before ending the evening around the fire pit or soak your stress away in the bubbling hot time while checking out the amazing views and/or star gaze right from the back patio! So many incredible entertaining actives right here at Ridgeline!

- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
- We provide a Jura Machine so that you can reduce waste by brewing a single fresh cup of espresso with the touch of a button!
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through the large window, without using excessive home lightning during the day!
- EV Charger: We got you covered with an EV charger located right inside the garage door. (You will need to bring your own adaptor.)

4. Lured Market & Grill - If you want a fun casual spot this market is great!
5. Scoop Lake Lure - If you have a sweet tooth check out Scoop right on the lake;)

1. Both of our favorite coffee shops are located in the town of Chimney Rock which, unfortunately, is still rebuilding and not open to the public yet.

Please Note:
1. The booking individual must be 25 years of age or older.
2. The pool is serviced every Thursday! Swim in the pool at your own risk. Pool is open from May 1st - Nov 1st. This property is equipped with pool heat but if you would like to use it, we must be notified 3 days in advance and it will incur an extra fee of $25 a day with a minimum of 5 days. The electric cover does a great job of keeping the heat in allowing us to have the pool open longer but we do have to close it over the Winter season Nov 1st - May 1st.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. No prom events/parties, even if an adult is willing to sign for the minor. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Swim at your own risk. Please note, the pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day with pool heat available. It is closed for the Winter season after Labor Day. Please be sure to plan your vacation accordingly.
5. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $200 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $500 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.
6. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.
7. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.
8. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!
