"First room the AC was broken. Got moved to a new room. The refrigerator was missing the rack to hold cans so you could only put three drinks in it. The light in the shower was out, they did fix it very fast. There was half a roll of toilet paper and no spare rolls. It was weird to have to request toilet paper. Overall staff were nice but the daily upkeep of the rooms was superficial at best. "

"Super outdated. Needs remodeling asap. My room wreaked of cigarette smell and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The paint fr the tub was peeling. The inside of the microwave was rusted. Mold on the ceiling. Pillows and bed are super uncomfortable. Room had this muggy feeling even with the AC on. Luckily it was just 2 nights"

"The bathtub needed cleaning or replaced the paint was coming off of the bathtub, the microwave look like it had not been clean in months, and the ironing board needs to be replaced or cleaned really good. Overall stay was not bad just need to clean better. "

"The room was in a state of utter disarray. The floor was littered with trash, the doors were in disrepair, and the walls were unevenly colored. The bathroom was filled with an unpleasant odor. I strongly advise against staying here."

"I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at this hotel. The conditions were completely unsanitary and unsafe. There were cockroaches in the room, and I also found bugs in the bed, which made it impossible to sleep there. The bed sheets were stained, the floors were dirty, and the entire hotel—including the room—had a strong, unpleasant odor. The air conditioning did not work, making the room very uncomfortable. The bathroom was in terrible condition as well—the shower was not working properly and had a constant leak. To make matters worse, there was no staff available after 11 PM. Because of the conditions, I could not stay in the room and ended up sleeping in my car, even though I had already paid for the night. Despite this, there was no offer of a refund or any attempt to resolve the situation. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I strongly do not recommend staying here. This property needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. "
