The room was okay, not in the best condition compared to other SpringHills. Our toilet didn’t work on the first night, however the maintenance people fixed it quick. The most of the staff was nice.

Breakfast had good options. The front desk gentleman was very sweet. We were there for a softball tournament and we were celebrating my birthday, and he brought out plates, cups and utensils for all of us despite the kitchen being closed. Such a sweet gesture.

Nice staff

The guy that checked mw in was super nice and accomodated my request to be near the elevator. Breakfast did have choices and the quiche was very tasty. The toliets sit low and updating the AC units would be a nice upgrade. Only atayed one night and it was comfortable enough.

We booked for 4 adults and one child. When we realized there were only three towels I had no issue running back to the front desk. What I was told was that there is an issue with linens theft and what we could do was use those three the bring them down to trade for three more. What?!?!? I explained how many people we had and that asking for one towel per guest should not be an issue. I also asked for extra bedding since it was 30 degrees outside and again I was given the same talk. They eventually gave me a couple more towels and one bed blanket set. Oddly enough when I booked I said no housekeeping services, next thing I know the were in the room took all the towels and left three yet again. I again went down and had to get more towels. There was obviously a cat that had been in the room prior. My kid is highly allergic so that was fun. Even though they have a strict no animal policy. Service animals only. We found a few cat claws imbedded in the carpet alone with some pebble food under the couch when that was pulled out. Breakfast was ok. The dining room seating is very crowded. Should probably rethink that whole chaotic area for better flow. The food was what you would expect with free breakfast. Waffles, eggs, a meat patty and oatmeal. The fruit wasn’t the freshest so that was disappointing. We stayed in the 2 double suite and besides the front room the area around the beds was very limited. ZERO dresser or drawer space. Not likely to book again.

Needs an update. Why are the hallways so dark?

The staff is super nice, kind, and accommodating. This hotel is very old and pretty worn down though. I am not sure why it has such high reviews. Our room smelled so musty and the a/c did not work. They were very helpful and gave us another which smelled better and the a/c worked. The rooms were fine and beds were comfortable. I am sure it is nice enough and passes the standard but we had stayed at a new hotel near the airport and so it was a big contrast. The hallways are so dark!! and the elevator was a bit eery and creepy. Loved the staff but wouldn't stay here again.

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, they made sure you had everything you needed and greeted you every time you entered the building. Their complementary breakfast was amazing they had a good variety of foods. Check in and checkout was a breeze. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area
