Unit is all first floor. You do have someone above you, as there is a separate condo unit above with exterior accessed stairs, but that was not a problem for us and seemed to be the standard for condo units in this beautiful golf course community. "Beautiful location in the Toxaway Community. The drive is beautiful and close to Cashiers and Highlands. The cabin was cozy and spacious, with a beautiful backyard featuring a running creek, spacious deck, pond and fire pit. Both double beds being king size was really a plus.
