"Every thing is perfect and especially for the kids. There are a lot of activities and fantastic displays. However there is no representative to speak to on sight for any questions. And you’d think well I’ll just dial zero on the hotel room phone for a question and no, no phone. Check in was by a guard at the shack and check out was automatically done. So I’d say fantastic otherwise. But no clerk is just kinda odd. They leave a flier in the room to call a number or text another number. The call number was no answer x2 and the text number did answer my question. But again found that to be odd. 30 bucks a day for parking added fee. Pirate Restaurant was great. "

"My family and I stayed one night and it was amazing..very clean from top to bottom..the staff was amazing..the breakfast was awesome and the morning manager was very patient, polite and helpful she treated us with so much love aa well aa the gentleman that worked the front desk that night and the one we had a pleasure of meeting the next morning. Just so much warmth all the way down to the breakfast staff..thanks for an amazing one day stay..I highy recommend."

"Horrible service and unacceptable room conditions, bed and sheets were dirty and burnt, they haven’t cleaned them or even took the time to make the beds, bathroom was dirty (tub/toilet/sink) door was broken, all walls were dirty like they threw some juice or something, floor was with dirt and sticky stuff. Horrible smoke smell. Probably someone left and they just gave me the keys. Talked to office and really rude!"

"The lobby was in such terrible shape, we asked to see the room. We forfeited our payment as the room smelled musty; there was exposed plumbing in the bathroom, carpet was very old, water spotted ceiling in the room and the lobby. Shouldn't be listed on Expedia. Reviews/ratings did not accurately reflect the status of the motel. "
