“In my first visit to Lana'i, this property was a slice of tranquil heaven. The sumptuous rooms rivaled the outstanding dining mere steps away. I wish I could have stayed longer. ”

Additionally one night adjacent room guest were up until 3:30pm but the check in staff had failed to provide phone number for texting that would enable to let staff be made aware but do so discreetly as the people were too close to not notice or hear us calling them on the phone. When we told them about this they asked if we were given the pamphlet explaining the text message line. When we told them we were not they simply apologized but made no……

“The property was beautiful and the staff were all so great. It is high season so the one issue I noticed is there is definitely not enough lounge chairs at the pool to accommodate all the people who are staying at the resort. All the hotels are like this actually. Resort should provide chairs to guests free of charge for the beach at the rate you are paying to stay there a night.”

“Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.”
