Chris communicated very well. My only complaint is there weren’t chairs on the balcony. We would definitely book again. And again. Everything in Charlotte is at your fingertips. 「We had a wonderful stay at the condo, it was close to where my son lives, and we were able to spend some quality time at the condo. It was a little chilly to use the screened in porch, but it is amazing, and we hopr to stay there again in the fall! 」

「We stayed here for 4 days. The condo is nicely furnished with a comfy sofa and bed. We were welcomed with a cute basket of edible goodies. The hot water was hot and high pressure ( which I enjoy for showers). It is an older condo but that doesn’t take away from the comfort. There was plenty closet space for our bags and clothes. There isn’t a lot of grass if you have a dog but our dog was fine doing his business. The location was ideal for us because it was only a short distance from downtown...

「Easy entry and parking. Quiet until upstairs person decided to do laundry @ 1:50a.m. All I could hear was washer and dryer a little hard to get back to sleep, thankfully the second night was quite.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable apartment! Everything was just as described, very clean and the proximity to downtown and so many things to do was perfect! We mostly walked everywhere. It’s right next to a charming little park and historic district, so it was a lovely walk. Would recommend! 」
