Apt name. It is a good value and exactly what we expected! Just off expressway. Large parking lot. Friendly, helpful staff. Firm, comfortable queen mattresses. A/C that will not quit. Hot, high pressure shower. Would consider staying here again.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. They were kind and made sure to help us quickly when something was needed throughout the two nights we were there. Although, there was some property damage. Some of the furniture had been ripped and damaged, there were a few green bugs in our room, the parking lot had a lot of weeds, and there was a hole in the bathroom door the size of a fist that made the door hard to close. The staff was polite, but the property needs some work.

This hotel had easy access to the highway, it was close to restaurants and grocery stores. This is a basic no frills hotel, it's a little dated, but everything was clean, the water was hot, the air conditioner worked, the free breakfast had hot waffles and bagels and cereal, and it was reasonably priced for our 2 night stay. The staff we interacted with were helpful and kind. We have zero complaints about our stay at this hotel.

Check in was quick. Room was clean. Easy on/off highway. Plenty of parking. Continental breakfast 7-9am included cereal (raisin bran, Cheerios, flavoured instant oatmeal packs), bread, bagels, make-your-own waffles. Coffee is available 24/7 at Reception. Breakfast area is small but well maintained. It is an older property, and that is reflected in the price. Our 1st floor room had a bathroom with a tile floor, towels were clean and 100% cotton, room had nice bed; bedsheets were good, blanket ok, 2 chairs (desk chair and lounging chair). Mini-fridge and microwave in room but no coffee maker. Quick drive to downtown Charlotte with good selection of restaurants.
