“Customer service was great! The champagne toast at check in was unexpected!”

“Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. Only improvement that could be made in our room was the carpet was in pretty bad shape in some areas. We had 2 light bulbs that needed to be replaced as when you turned on the light it flicked a few times with a hum before turning on completely. During our stay the closest elevator was down for a day…they fixed it pretty fast. Breakfast was really good. Lots of hot options as well as cereal, yogurt and pastries. Would stay there again.”

“Pretty decent location by the freeway close to everything. Check in and check out was easy staff was very nice and welcoming. Even cleaning staff was nice when I asked for extra shower towels. Will definetly stay when in the area again.”

“Casa Laguna is a magical place. The staff is incredible and it feels like a cozy and historic family home, but elevated. The first night I was there I was feeling asthmatic and they brought me an air purifier the second I asked. Great service, right near a free trolley stop, and we loved the breakfast included too. ”
