“Rainwater was seeping in through the window and wetting the air conditioning unit, causing it to shut down. The breakfast service was severely neglected; there was absolutely no one there to replenish the food, despite the fact that many families were waiting to be served. Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are.”

“This place definitely needs an upgrade. The carpets in the room were extremely outdated and dingy. The employee that checked me in told me one thing for a price to add my dog, and charged way more. I was never told about the $20 parking fee, but was definitely charged it on my card. The complimentary breakfast wasn't bad. ”

“No breakfast at all the second day. Apparently staff didn't show up and no one else could do it. They had 2 treadmills in the gym. Both had badly torn belts. The sink in the kitchenette leaked all over the floor. Dirty tables in the breakfast area. On a good note, all staff was incredibly friendly.”

My family and I definitely felt like we were a bother towards them. Cleanliness was well, the bathrooms could get some upgrades to the help with the appeal of the place. This was a strictly economy stay though, so definitely recommend for a quick night of rest and maybe book at a more detailed/homey feel hotel/inn.”
