“Check in went smooth but it felt a bit rushed. Room wasn't hoovered on closer inspection and bathroom floor wasn't clean. As we were were heading straight out we informed staff the next day, the floor had been hoovered on our return but bathroom floor was untouched. ”

“I reserved two rooms, one for my family and another for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my mother's room was not functioning properly and failed to produce cool air. While the staff was accommodating on the second night and worked to address the issue, my mother had to spend the first night in an uncomfortably hot room. During that time, staff repeatedly suggested opening the window rather than resolving the air conditioning problem. Additionally, we accidentally left……

“We were staying in the hotel as a stopover for night the welcome at reception was brilliant. The room was lovely and clean with a good-sized bathroom. We had dinner that evening which seemed to be excellent value (the dessert was very good). I had a great night's sleep in a comfortable bed. the breakfast in the morning was great and it seemed to be cooked to order. Overall it was a great experience and hopefully will make return visits in the future.”
