Close to Charis and all other Woodland Park amenities. Top notch, especially if you want to have a beautiful place to stay that's budget friendly. "As a former resident of old Colorado City and Manitou Springs found a location to be very centralized. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. Very organized, wonderful cleaning supplies selection, accessible to guests. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!"

"My daughter got married in Palmer Lake and this place was perfect for the bridal party to stay the night before so they could start getting ready early on wedding day. The newly weds then stayed a couple of nights, enjoying the views and being close to Colorado Springs for activities."

The price for 3 weeks was comparable to some extended stay hotels in the area, but this unit offered so much more. It was well stocked with kitchen and laundry necessities. "We absolutely loved our stay at the property. The pictures do not do justice to the majestic views from the porch! Alan is a rockstar! When a huge snow storm dropped over 2 feet of snow, he made sure the driveway was cleared and that we could get out. The house was centrally located to all our Colorado adventures. The house is far enough off the beaten path that we were able to enjoy the peace of the country but close enough to all the amenities Colorado has to offer. Would absolutely recommend...
