“The property was clean, modern and spacious. The staff was friendly, and the location was walkable to the convention center and Broadway. I did not like the online check in process. Having to send pictures of my driver's license was invasive and makes me feel open to identity theft. In addition, the apartment did not have any closets or hangers. So, every morning each of us had to take a turn on the ironing board before our convention. Not ideal. Overall, I liked my stay. I'd consider staying……

“Love the location! Right next to broadway and tons of restaurants. Also pet friendly, however there is no grassy area so you have to walk a couple of blocks to one. ”

“Great views of Vanderbilt U. Adjacent to Chili’s and across the street behind is a Martins BBQ place… ery good food. Our room faced Vandy…occasional street noise and copter flyovers. But not bothersome. Kitchen with cooktop , microwave, frig/frezeer and dishwasher. Ok breakfast included. Lots of choices. Only complaint…the Icemaker is LOUD when the ice crashes …. Turn off by raising the metal bar up. Do that before bed! Parking in underground garage or by valet…not free”
