“Both times we stayed at this property Patrick was waiting to meet us when we arrived. He and his wife go well out of their way to assure you have a great vacation. The home is equipped with many books, games, and so many cool artifacts to check out! It’s secluded and quiet giving you that perfect feeling of being lost in nature. “ I’m very picky about cleanliness so I chose this cabin because I could see while blankets & towels in the pictures & they didn’t disappoint me! All was perfectly clean & organized
The mattress & pillows were very comfortable.
Someone said it was hard to locate the place but just following Waze or Google maps we made it to their parking with no problem.
The cabins are very separated from each other so you have lot of privacy.

“We had a great time staying in this location. The view of the volcano is so nice, and the yard is beautifully landscaped. Being so close to the highway, you can sometimes hear a bit of traffic, but it wasn't too bad. Having Soda La Palma next door was great! We ate there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We stayed all over Costa Rica during our 12 day trip, and one of the highlights was the chilera served with the empanadas. The garden behind the soda is beautiful and my daughter loved Balu……

“A very charming cabin immersed in nature!
Our family had a magical stay—we were even greeted by monkeys one morning, which was such a fun and unexpected surprise as they watched us curiously. The cabin is cozy and beautifully nestled in the natural surroundings.
Access to the property involves a short walk with your luggage, but as a family of campers, it just felt like another adventure. Totally worth it for the peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views. We’d absolutely recommend it to nature……

“We really enjoyed the quiet village and the house's amazing views of the volcano and lake! We saw beautiful birds everywhere. Loved the swings and the 3rd floor lookout! So peaceful. The only drawbacks were, one night the neighborhood dogs barked for an hour and we had a little trouble finding the house but Erika went out of her way to talk us through it and had her daughter meet us!
