Week in Vegas

The property is great! Clean, modern and has all the amenities required. Location is great to get anywhere in town or the mountains. Everything about this stay was excellent.

Great house for our needs

Had another VRBO rental around the corner. We were 5 brothers and sisters from all over the country gathering for our 75th birthday of our oldest brother. Worked out great!

clean and spacious

home was bigger than expected - very roomy with comfortable beds. loved the kitchen, the outdoor patio and the 2 car garage with driveway! Home was conveniently located for our needs. One small problem - The neighbors had a dog that liked to bark

Vegas Palmae House

We had a lovely time in Las Vegas this past weekend. The house was clean and very well maintained. There were 4 bedrooms so everyone had their own room. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook our meals so we didn't have to go out to eat. Basically, everything we needed was there! Thank you to Doug, the homeowner!!

Wonderful Stay!

Thank you for the wonderful stay in a nice quiet neighborhood and beautiful home. Everyone was comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. The home was very clean and equipped with plenty of towels, blankets and kitchens appliances that made our stay easier. The host was wonderful and communicated quickly. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

It was clean, and a convenient location. I had trouble reaching the property owner about a few small things. I left several messages but did not get a reply. But overall, it was a great stay.

Door code glitch

A little trouble with the door code, but someone returned our calls within 15 minutes and gave us a new code. Back patio could use a scrubbing, but indoors was very nice.

Quick, Easy and Straightforward

Instructions are literally written everywhere in the house and quite helpful to just generally understand what can and can’t we do. Host let us check in earlier especially since we had an earlier flight then also made us aware of what time we had to leave the property. Would definitely recommend this place for people to staying for the strip or going to EDC. Las Vegas has made it pretty hard for rentals so I’m glad we were able to find this property.

Just like the pictures online

The house we just like the photos in the ad - literally. Everything was easy to use. The wifi signal was strong. The little things they did to make 2022 life easier like power strips everywhere so you can charge devices easily and where you are sitting or laying down. The only negative was be careful of the low flow toilets if you have a lot of people with you. Everything else was perfect.

Clean, comfortable & lots of room

Very nice stay. Lots of room for our big family. Clean. Yes, the home is a little outdated but that's fairly depicted in the photos. The manager got back to us quickly with answers to questions. One room's furniture had been changed from the photos though. The front living room no longer has nice grey leather couches, but has older fabric furniture. That photo was a selling point to me so I was disappointed that the photo was outdated. The lights were pretty dim & dreary at night but I'm a lighting snob. I think some daylight bulbs could really brighten the place up at night.

Great stay!

The house was beautiful overall but the furniture was a tad bit out dated. Other than that, the house was fully stocked. We came with our own food, pots, pans, utensils, towels, etc but we were very pleased to see that the house came with everything we would have needed. My family and I felt very comfortable in this house and we will definitely be renting it again!
