Luxor Hotel and Casino

"First day of check in the door lock was not working due to law battery according to the nice cleaning lady who helped us contact the maintenance guy. The phone next to the elevator to call for help was not working. Found 2 little bugs 1 crawling in the shower floor and 1 crawling outside the shower that was nasty, not sure where did it come from but I got so paranoid sleeping at night. Also the smell of the sewer was so bad while we were walking at the back of the hotel coming from Allegiant stadium. First time staying in this hotel due to closer to the event we attended did not expect this will happen during our stay. I hope this well help get more maintenance service done so other guest will have good experience during their stay."

"Stayed in Cesar Palace for 3 nights. Room didn’t have refrigerator, only bar. If you move a little bit items in bar, you will get charged. Resort fee was $62.00 per night and WIFI available only for 2 devices, anything else- additional charge. Check in time showing 4:00 pm but it’s actually 4-6 pm and there is wait list, so if you come close to 4:00 pm , more likely you will get room after 6:00 pm. There is early check in charge, late check out charge, parking charge, ets. We ended up upgrading room, just because we had dinner reservations at 7:00 pm and been told that more likely we will get room after 6:00 pm. Room wasn’t that great, bathroom needs cleaning, everything old and outdated. Upgraded room with no refrigerator, it’s disappointing."

Treasure Island - TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

"Our stay at Treasure Island was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. The advertised room rate was nowhere near what we ultimately paid. After already spending approximately $1,500 on the reservation, we were shocked by the additional fees, deposits, and charges required at check-in. The final cost felt misleading and far exceeded expectations. The property itself showed signs of neglect. Cleanliness was inconsistent, common areas often appeared dirty, and the hotel felt dated and poorly maintained for the price being charged. The pool was another letdown. It was overcrowded, difficult to find seating, and lacked the relaxing resort atmosphere advertised by the hotel. What makes this especially frustrating is that Las Vegas was incredible. We loved the restaurants, the Bellagio fountains, Fremont Street, and the Sphere. The hotel, however, was easily the weakest part of the trip. For the amount of money guests are expected to spend, transparency, cleanliness, and a quality resort experience should be the minimum standard. Treasure Island failed to deliver on all three. We will return to Las Vegas, but we will not be returning to Treasure Island."
