Convenient location!
This was a great place. Was really close to the strip, but was also very quiet and a nice place to relax and unwind in between our events. Much nicer than your standard casino hotel room.

Great location
Our stay was great. The condo is as described. The location was very convenient with the monorail stop located in MGM. We did have some trouble with the refrigerator in our unit but the property manager was very responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book this location again if returning to Las Vegas.

We stayed for 4 nights. Host was responsive. Tower had access to main hotel lobby and casino from the inside. We stayed over the summer so that was nice. I will stay again after the front entrance street is complete from the city. The entire city streets are all unde construction. Access to entrance was timely. Loved that there weren't resort fees. Definitely staying again

Clean & communication great
I love staying at the Signature Suites. Access to MGM pools is essential. Also right by Top Golf! The manager was awesome to work with. Reached out before, during, and after our stay. The suite was clean. Couple suggestions to owner is to supply 2 ply toilet paper & kleenex (instead of 1-ply since it’s a top notch place). Bring #2 cone filters & coffee if it is as important to you as it is to me. If not, there is a Starbucks in lobby area.

Great room located in tower 1 closest to the MGM Grand! Everything was perfect for a weeks stay. Free parking and no resort fees was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this spot if you are looking to stay on a strip location
