You'll love our luxurious Penthouse. It is directly in the MGM Casino Hotel Signature Tower. This provides you with enormous advantages versus other vacation rental locations. You will be staying in a condo directly connected to the huge MGM Hotel complex which includes a massive pool, hot tub, gym, dozens of wonderful restaurants / buffets, incredible shows, and the MGM casino itself. We charge no resort fees or parking fees.

Our luxurious condo is three penthouse units combination. Two fo the bedroom and living room are connected by sharing a common door outside. Third bedroom is right next to the second bedroom (acess through hallway door please see the floor plan in photo section.) It has stunning views, 2 private balconies, a separate living room, a full kitchen and 2 small kitchenettes, 3 king size beds, 3 queen size sleeper sofas, and 4 luxurious bathrooms. The condo sleeps up to 12. Free WiFi is available in every room. The full kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. The 2 kitchenettes have cooktops, refrigerators, microwaves, toasters and coffee makers. The 4 luxurious bathrooms have Jacuzzi bathtubs, California showers, and double sinks. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD. Our guests have free access to the huge MGM pool complex, which features multiple pools, a waterfall, a lazy river, and a big hot tub. Our guests also have free access to the MGM Signature gym with state of the art equipment. Check-in and check-out are done at the front-desk just as in any hotel and are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Valet parking is free.

Our Penthouse condo is in the MGM Signature Tower directly in the MGM Hotel complex right on the Las Vegas Strip. Our condo has all the advantages of staying in an MGM hotel room and more, for substantially less money! The condo is on a penthouse floor, has a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip, and 2 private balconies to enjoy it from. Staying on the strip makes a Las Vegas vacation much more memorable. All the world famous attractions and casinos are within walking distance! The Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and a live Volcano can all be seen running down the legendary Vegas Strip! After a long night playing, laughing, eating, drinking, and dancing, you walk home up the Las Vegas Strip lit up as bright as daylight!

The 3 bedroom 4 bath condo is composed of a 1 bedroom Penthouse and an adjacent Penthouse suite which share a common outer door, plus a second adjacent Penthouse suite which is right next door. Their is a private bedroom and living room in the 1 bedroom Penthouse and a studio condo like layout in each of the 2 Penthouse suites. The luxurious condo combination has 3 king size beds and 3 sleeper sofas and, can sleep up to 12 people.

We took a 3 bedroom penthouse suite for the family- large, nicely appointed, great balcony views, easy walk or Uber to Strip. Ten minute enclosed walk from The Signature through to the MGM Grand too. With valet parking it was an ideal home base to do tours out to Hoover Dam too.

This set up worked perfectly as my husband and I hosted our daughter and family for 4 nights. My husband and I had the 1 BR for some privacy and a good nights sleep. Our daughter and husband with their 3 children shared the two adjoining units only steps away. We love the Signature and would certainly stay there again. Cindy was very responsive and helpful.

We had the best time staying at this property. The 2 conjoining rooms were a huge plus as we traveled with a larger group. The rooms were gigantic and the bathrooms had plenty of space which was great for the ladies to get ready. The balconies were INCREDIBLE for taking pictures both during the day and at night. The views were breathtaking. The location was great. There was a security guard checking room keys before you enter the elevator which made the group feel very safe when leaving and entering the condo. Highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone!

There are several good things about this rental, the units are large and very quiet and provide privacy. The location is an easy walk to the main MGM Grand hotel shops and monorail system. The valet made it easy to have a car and the staff provided great service. Just FYI, there are no essentials provided in the kitchens like salt and pepper, silverware or wine glasses so BYO.

This was the perfect rental for a bachelor party or big family coming to visit Vegas! Everything was clean and spacious! On top of that Cindy was an absolutely amazing host! Always very responsive and kind and will work to accommodate you in any way she can. If you have a big group going to Vegas BOOK THIS ONE.

I was a little worried about the difference between the main hotel and the signature where this space is held. But our trip did not disappoint! This was the perfect stay for a few nights and a bachelorette weekend. To note, 3br technically puts one of the rooms separated from the other two from a key access point. However, it proved an easy fix by giving our group some joint key access. Overall recommend!!

This property is nice. The group had a great time and this is a good accommodation for a group of friends. There is maintenance that needs to be done- one of the sink handles didn't turn, the master sink leaked, ironing board stained a shirt, and the other ironing board didn't work among other little things.

As advertised however we were unclear about the options for daily maid service until a few days before check-in and then we weren't able to set it up when we checked in. Having to use the same towels for six days wasn't easy, along with no trash service. But the units we rented were otherwise great.

Beware, the owner uses a third party maid service and when one of my guests had clearly left her EarPods still plugged in on the bedside table they claimed to never had seen it. Rooms were clean but the master suite most definitely needs an update. I understand Vegas hotels see a lot of traffic but the condition of the carpet and furniture is in need of dire replacement. Everything was as described (beside the conditions of the carpet and furniture).

This trip was to unite with our children for Thanksgiving. It was nice but it could of been much cleaner. The bathrooms were great but the furniture was so soiled that we put bed sheets on them just so we could sit down. The dining room chairs had many spots on them also.It just felt dirty. I messaged the owner several weeks before arriving about a washer and dryer. She answered several days AFTER the resort. Poor communication!

We had 10 of us in our group. These 3 condos accommodated us well. The large one (private king bedroom w attached bathroom, full kitchen, living rm w sofa sleeper 2nd bath and balcony) attached to condo #2 (open area with king bed and sitting area, w sofa sleeper kitchenette and full bathroom, no balcony) via private secured foyer. The 3rd condo was not attached but right next door set up like condo 2 but had a balcony. All were very clean. The king mattresses were comfortable but the sofa sleepers had typical mattresses. Each condo included 2 towels (6 in total) and the additional 5 towels were provided for additional charge $25, (not included in the extra person fee charged at time of booking. 2 people per condo, 6 in total included in advertised price... any additional, the other 5 we had, added $45 pp to initial cost. There is no laundry facility on site and housekeeping can be ordered for additional fee, and there is no towel swap service available thru resort, as these are privately owned. Our stay was for 4 days/3 nights so we just brought additional towels with us. This was not the the typical VRBO rental, it was more like a hotel suite with limited plates utensils and cookware. Plan a walmart run to get the basics you would like to have and you'll be set.There are several restaurants and coffee houses located at MGM Grand. MGM Signature is attached to the Grand, which makes it very convenient to access the hotel's amenities and casino. It's very close to the strip to walk and sightsee. Vegas is so spread out, ride shares are helpful to get around in a timely manner. The pool and hot tub looked awesome, but it was cold and rainy, so we didn't have an opportunity to use them.The owner was very helpful with questions and responsed quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this set up for a large group wanting to be together.

First the "goods". The location of this property is fantastic. Great view of the strip from the 33rd floor, and only a couple of block walk off the strip. Cindy, the host, was extremely responsive. All questions were answered within a couple of hours, many within minutes of messaging her through the VRBO app. Thank you! The "Ok's" - The condo is a bit dated, nothing terrible, but could probably use a refresh. Flooring/carpet/baseboards/curtains. Not a huge deal for a vacation rental, but it is Vegas and relatively expensive, so a few upgrades would of a long way to making you feel like it's worth the cost (and a few upgrades would also go well with the stunning view of the strip from a top floor). Cindy has three unites. Two of them of have an adjoining door, one of them does not. The third unit is directly next to the other two a door down on the same side.I thought they all connected, but I mayhave misread, so it wasn't a big deal for our family. It actually worked out ok, since my parents, who are older were able to retreat to their own room to escape the toddlers for a bit! Just something to note regarding the adjoining of the condos in the event you decide to rent all three for a large party like we did. The "could use some improvement" areas - The big one was the cleaning/cleanliness of the unit. I believe this falls squarely on the MGM signature property itself, not the host. I am sure that she pays a cleaning fee to the MGM, and they really need to pick up their game. There were dirty dishes, with food on them, in the dishwasher when we arrived. We found pen*# shaped confetti and gummies in two of the units, from what I can only assume was a bachelorette party that stayed in our units prior to us. There was some type of plumbing issue, where there was black dirt coming up out of the shower drains in one. It was dirty when we arrived, I washed it down, and then over the next could have days it was dirt again. I am sure that the MGM cleaning staff would have seen this when they cleaned it, but probably neglected to let the owner or maintenance know. A couple of the plugs behind the stove didn't work in one. Also, because this is a third part rental, the MGM signature will not provide anything. You need an extra garbage bag or to have garbage picked up? Nope, they won't do it. Luckily, Cindy the host, did tell us to leave the garbage near the elevator garbage can and it was picked up. Bring extra garbage bags or whatever else you may need.

We enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature. It is well located. Check in was quick and efficient. We really enjoyed having a kitchen so we could eat in some days and start our day with a great breakfast. We used the valet parking at our tower and they were courteous and efficient. The layout is like 3 separate units but 2 share a common entry. There was a full kitchen in one unit and the other 2 had small kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster and small stove top. Beds were comfortable. We felt safe as our room key was needed to access our floor in the elevator. All in all we had a good stay and if we go back to Vegas we would look into staying at the MGM Signature again.
