Beautiful suites! Great Location!

We absolutely loved our stay in these suites. Located near the strip, we had spectacular city views and could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go as there were numerous restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. The hosts, Joe and Debora, were outstanding in every way and did everything they could to make our time there comfortable and enjoyable. We were so happy with our stay that we will book these suites every time we visit Las Vegas!

Great property

Great property with great staff, amenities and a view of the strip! Kids said it felt like VIP with valet and large window views. My only complaint was the pool closed at 6pm all week/weekend during the summer.

Best Option in Las Vegas

We spent 3 days in Las Vegas for a football weekend. We had a great time, but the most pleasant surprise was how comfortable and peaceful our accommodations were. After doing an extensive amount of shopping both before and after our trip, we got the most value for our dollar by staying here. We are coming back next Fall and I would not dream of staying elsewhere.

Property was great and it was a good location. Given it’s a vrbo, I think it might be helpful to visitors if there more precise check in instructions. Once we realized where to check in we had several issues, but staff were very helpful.

Let me tell you something about this stay. We highly recommend booking at this location. Clean rooms, easy check in, close to all the action but private. The availability of the kitchenette was nice. The pool was great for everything we needed and we didn’t fight crowds. Great weekend celebrating our friends!

Wonderful Stay, Strip Adjacent

We stayed in these conncted units during Superbowl week. The units are adjacent to the MGM just a short walk over but without the busyness that comes with staying on the strip. Checkin was a breeze, valet was free, and there are pools and hotubs on the property. Communication with Joe was so easy, by far one of the best properties Ive ever stayed in.

Great Place

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment in Las Vegas, and I can only say great things! The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights sparkle. The apartment was modern, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The location was perfectly integrated into teh MGM Complex. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the best of Las Vegas!

Amazing!

I loved the room as soon as I walked in. Very spacious. The ensuite bathroom was great. The area was very clean. Comfortable bed. We were there for my son's graduation. Proximity to UNLV was perfect. Everyone loved how we each had our own space but able to come together for drinks and a card game. Highly recommend!

Everyone loved it!

We had to overcome a hurdle during check-in, but once that obstacle was removed, the rest of this multi-day stay was great. I had my nuclear family in one room, and my parents (who were also occasional babysitters) in the other, connected by the foyer. It provided the right amount of togetherness and privacy. We also appreciated the floor to ceiling windows, giving us a great view of Vegas without having to worry about having a balcony (with small children). Access to the MGM Grand pool and casino was awesome as well. It had everything we needed.

21st Birthday celebration

Booked a trip to Vegas for my son’s 21st birthday. There were 10 of us total but only 6 stayed in the VRBO. Had the pleasure of working with Joe and Deborah the owners. They were absolutely amazing. I had tons of questions ranging from dinner recommendations to nightlife and they were quick to respond. They were very clear about how the check in/out process would go and gave us a local contact if we had any issues. Planning another trip in the near future and will definitely book with Deborah and Joe.

A quiet, smokeless stay….

Property was perfect for our needs. We walked and used rideshare to get to different parts of the strip. The Signature suites has a pool and a couple hot tubs that we enjoyed as well as poolside drink service. The unit was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Nice to be in a smoke free environment. We did not use the kitchen… however, there seemed to be anything you might need. Communication with owners was excellent. There was always an immediate response to any question I had. I would recommend staying here if you want a quiet place off the strip.

Very nice location. Fantastic rooms.

Definitely would book these rooms again. They’re located in a great place of Las Vegas. Easy to get anywhere you need to go in Vegas. Walking distance from the MGM casinos and food courts. The valet parking is very professional and quick. The Jacuzzi bathtub was amazing after walking around the Las Vegas casinos all day. I wish I would’ve paid more attention to details of the room before I arrived. it basically has a small kitchen that you can cook with electric stove and a microwave and a mini fridge. You can basically cook small meals there if needed. It was very good experience for staying at the towers for the first time. Joe is very professional and communicated back-and-forth with me even while I was there. We definitely recommend staying on one of Joe‘s properties

65th Celebration

Sufficient. Signature was not as nice as when we stayed for my daughter’s 21st. I won’t stay at the Signature again. Make sure to verify the amenities before booking. For instance, it said room service as an amenity, however we discovered we could not order room service. I Also had some issues with trying to list my daughter's name as a backup to check in. If my flight was delayed, I wanted my daughter to be able to check in. This isn't allowed however, as only one person can be listed to check-in at a time. So, this caused some issues. However, I will say the hosts were very quick to respond to all inquiries. The rooms were pretty clean; however, some attention should be paid to the toilet bowl stains at the base of the toilet. Also, the comforter in one room had stains on it. There were light bulbs needed to be replaced in one room and the jets in the tub need some cleaning. When we filled the tub and started the jets, some debris came out of the filter or jets. So, we chose not to take baths. But the water was nice and warm in the showers!
