- In a peaceful location with pleasant views of fields, this holiday property is situated 20 miles south of Edinburgh.. Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: Freeview TV, CD Player, French Doors To Decked Area
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed decked area with garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced burn in the grounds.. In a peaceful location 20 miles south of Edinburgh, this comfortable barn conversion has a pleasant outlook over fields towards the village. It boasts hill walking in the Lammermuirs with the Southern Upland Way nearby. The beach at Gullane, 23 miles, is within easy reach, as are the Borders abbeys, North Berwick’s Sea Life centre and boat trips to Bass Rock to see seals and puffins. Enjoy Edinburgh’s historic castle, free museums, excellent choice of restaurants and stylish shops. Shop ¼ mile, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Owners on site if required and so friendly.
Every thing we needed in the cottage for our comfort was available.
