“Was given the wrong code to get in the front door. Wasn’t told there would be a staircase. No private bathroom. Would have been nice to have a discussion about food preferences. The family was lovely and very helpful!”

“This should not be called a resort,nothing resort of it. It’s also run down and needs a refresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our tv did not work in our room so they had to switch it from another room. ”

“Poorly managed. Tub kept clogging up. Cleanliness not up to standard. Half of supplies were empty. I waited around for beach towels, finally saw a cleaning staff asked her, she said I can’t talk right now lol wth. I asked for steamer on msg portal, they said they’ve bring it right away. Never arrived, I asked twice and had to leave for meeting. ”

“Canada House is situated right on the beach. It has everything that someone would want. The property and rooms are extremely well maintained and clean. The staff and management are wonderful!! Always available and super helpful.”

“No room cleaning service, no cable. No phone in the room. Pool bar and restaurant both closed. Pool was not maintained. ”

“Great property with great people. Only issues were the very musty/moldy smell in my room and the hot water never got that hot. Otherwise, nice place with a great rate. ”
