「Room was clean, but very dark.. like hallways and an unwelcoming lobby. Outside property littered with shopping carts and trash. My checking initially was totally unsat, but I was finally accommodated.. there was confusion as to my reservation..when I showed photo of property, I was deemed at the right place! I left hotel this morning, at 0509, and left key in drop.. I’m hoping my account is credited for the’damage’ protection.. if you need further info, let me know!」

「The house was very well marked and easy to find as well as get into. Communication with the owner was immediate as well. Enjoyed our stay」

「There is no onsite parking, but there is plenty of metered street parking and several lots and garages in the immediate area. Our stay was great with the only issue being the WiFi password (kind of a minor issue) but we got immediate responses to our email about that. Would definitely use this suite again.」

「The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...
