Excellent location!

Super view of the lake and sunsets. Private, comfortable and peaceful. Nice security parking. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. A nice, well-built modern house. You did a nice job. We appreciated the quick response cleaning the bathroom and providing fresh pillow cases.

Perfect luxury in Lake Garda

Villa Julia was gorgeous spacious, clean, comfortable, stylish and practical. It had everything you need for a worry free holiday, the facilities were excellent, the air conditioning was wonderful to come back to after a hot day exploring. Bus stops 10 mins walk. Fantastic pool. Nothing - everything was perfect!

Klasse Unterkunft mit unglaublichen Blick

Sehr geschmackvolles Ferienhaus mit unglaublichen Blick auf den See. Wir waren eine Woche im Juli 24 zu sechst dort und haben die Zeit von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen. Auch als wir noch einen kleinen Wunsch w, wurde der uns am kommenden Tag ohne Probleme erfüllt. Danke nochmal an das Vermittlungsbüro Natürlich lag es auch an dem super schönen Wetter und das der See sehr schön warm war . Wenn alles passt- dann echt empfehlenswert. Sonnenschirm mal erneuern, Vor Anreisen mal den rasen mähen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Villa war wundervoll und entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen, die wir aufgrund der Bildern und Beschreibungen hatten. Sie ist sehr modern eingerichtet - es hat an nichts gefehlt (ausreichend Geschirr, unterschiedliche Gläser, ausreichend Kochtöpfe und alle nötigen Utensilien). Die Bäder waren sehr modern und neu und blitzeblank. Klimatisierung in allen Räumen ist gesondert regelbar. Es sind Bewegungsmelder mit Nachtlichtern installiert. Am Anfang etwas ungewohnt, aber uns haben sie beim Schlafen nicht gestört.... Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe, die es auch mal zulässt, ein paar Bahnen richtig zu schwimmen. Er ist glasklar und wird auch regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Anwohner aus der benachbarten Privatstrasse dürfen den Pool wohl auch benutzen, aber das war sehr selten und hat uns nicht gestört. Die Kommunikation mit Regarda war super und auf eine Bitte/Nachfrage unsererseits wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa empfehlen.
