"We had a great 2 weeks holiday at this property. The accommodation was airy and spacious. The pool was lovely with no restrictions on when we could use it. The house is right on a flat cycle path on which you can cycle for miles, perfect for all ages and abilities. Louvigne-du-Desert has a couple of bars to visit and eateries. "We stayed at La Grand Metairie to celebrate a birthday and had a cracking time despite the changeable weather. The property has plenty of space for a bigger party and lots of activities to keep even the teens away from screens. Unlike a lot of properties, this one is very well equipped - you won’t run out of pots, pans and crockery! And even if you wish to cook the most obscure dishes, the equipment is there. "Wonderful property, not too far from shops or days out to sightsee but far away for peace and tranquility. Good selection of dvds for the rainy days that we stayed in, a keyboard for the children and fantastic gardens to explore. Michael, the owner was so helpful and always available if needed. Very knowledgeable on the area too. We stayed here for 10nights, comfortable beds, was a shame about the weather as we could not really sit out. "Room was large and adequate. There was enough beds and space for our family. The bathroom tub/shower did not have a slip resistant floor and one person fell getting into. We also arrived very late so there were no lights to find our room. "
