「Bed is very comfortable Service is desk & room is great 」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

「Friendly staff even though my room card has been on and off for 3 times. She patiently assisted me to make sure my room card worked again. Highly recommended! Clean room , especially the floor. Even though my kids wore sock and ran around, sock was still white.」
