Great little room which was about a 2-10 minute walk to many cool restaurants. Parking was right in front of the room which was really convenient. We did quite a bit of fishing in the area and the lodging made it very easy to get to everything.

The room was very clean and everything was done to make us comfortable.

The room was simple but furnished nicely. Everything was thought up for a great stay, even had a shared kitchen for everyone.

Wonderful stay nice room clean nice extra touches some drinks in fridge and little in room care package. Has everything you need mini fridge freezer microwave tv and internet great location in town and close proximity to numerous hiking trails.

Cute Motel

Nicer than a typical motel. Cute decor. Lots of little niceties were included. Plenty of bottled water in fridge. I developed altitude sickness and the water was a blessing.

Perfect Spot!

We loved our stay at this cute motel. We had everything we needed, and it was great to be walking distance to downtown Leadville. The bed was super comfy, the shower had great water pressure, and we felt super safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

Very Enjoyable Stay

The hospitality was stupendous! Upon checking in the room was tranquil with a sound machine playing and an oil diffuser running. The room was very clean! Complimentary treats were provided and very thoughtful! A fan was requested and provided! This was very appreciated Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you!

Great but limited kitchen hours

I really like this place, and I would stay here again. My only complaint is that the kitchen opens at 7:30 and closes at 7:30 PM. 7:30 AM is not early enough for me to get breakfast before work. and 7:30 PM made it difficult to get dinner done in time.
