Real Charmer
Place is well maintained. Lots of thoughtful amenities. Can't beat the location. Our favorite VRBO stay to date. Be aware you need a subscription account to watch TV. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay as long as you don't need support.
The property is wonderful. It was clean, had a great location and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen and baths are nicely updated. We really enjoyed our stay. The problem was with the lock on the front door. We couldn't get it to lock from the inside as the deadbolt was broken. It took some time but we figured out how to lock it from the outside. During this time I sent multiple texts and left a voicemail for the property manager. His first text did not address the problem and his next one just said 'sorry!' He didn't return my call. I followed up with a photo of the broken deadbolt and additional texts and never received a response.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. In my first text, I explaiined how to flip the switch on the back of the electronic lock. Sometimes guests will flip that because they do not want the lock to engage behind them when they go out the front door. If that switch is engaged, the lock works properly, and it automatically locks when you exit the home, and you need to use the code to enter. My second text was just me saying sorry that you were having trouble figuring out how to use the lock. There are also specific instructions in our guestbook explaining the use of the electronic locks. Upon your check out, I examined the lock and verified that that was the issue, as it is working properly! I am happy you enjoyed the house and your stay in Leadville!

Easy to find & close to everything downton, though parking is tight with only street parking available at the house. Clean place, comfy beds, everything needed was available!

Perfect place
The name of this listing should be the crown jewel. Super cute, comfortable, clean and so close to main street. Exactly what we wanted and were expecting. We will be back and recommending to anyone who is heading to Leadville.

Perfect!
My husband and two boys (age 7 and 8) came to ski at Ski Cooper for a few days. Staying downtown in a house was perfect for us. We were able to walk to town for shopping and a dinner out and also enjoy dinner in for a few nights. Two beds and two baths were just right. Thank you for having us!

Great place, will stay here again!
Such a great space, with all the amenities we needed. We were able to cook dinner in the home with no issues. We were also able to walk to shopping and restaurants. Easy entry. Adorable home with plenty of space for us to hang out after a couple of days of snowboarding. I will favorite this place and stay again when we return to Leadville.

Great stay in Leadville!
We stayed 3 nights with our kids over Xmas break to be close to Ski Cooper. The house had everything we needed and was spotless, very well equipped. So close to the main street in town you could walk to restaurants, shops, etc. So great to have a washer/dryer with kids and wet ski gear. Quick drive to Ski Cooper. I would’ve given 5 stars but I think they need a bigger TV in the living room, and a TV in the master bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wow! Such a wonderful stay!
This house is amazingly decorated, inside and out. I stayed here with my husband and my 84 yr old mom, who thought this house was heaven. The living room with the beautiful windows, floors and ceilings was our favorite place to hang out. The chandalires were the icing on the cake. Perfectly outfitted kitchen and bathrooms, and wonderfully comfortable beds. Also a wonderful book collection with lots of information on the history of the area. We very much enjoyed our stay.

1888 Quaint Darling House
Loved everything about this darling house except the poor matress in the master bedroom. Really surprised because the pillows were fabulous but the matress and bed were extremely uncomfortable. The owners have paid attention to every detail. The livingroom couch is also not comfortable. We would recommend this home to anyone but hope they upgrade the bed and couch

Good place in good location
Nice clean place to stay in Leadville. Could not get WiFi to work, three different people tried and it would not connect. Would have been nice to get to watch TV or a movie at night during our stay.

Lovely cottage with excellent location!
My 7 year old daughter along with her best friend and mom had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. It was the perfect size and the location is wonderful. We enjoyed the upgraded kitchen and playing in the snow in the backyard. We walked to shops and restaurants from the house. It was the perfect mother daughter trip! We will be back!

Great property for family.
This house is so charming and comfortable! The location is perfect if you want to walk to the bar, shopping, or coffee shop. We found it convenient to get to Copper Mt. each day but make sure you have good snow tires as it can be a bit challenging. The house was well stocked and extremely clean! Our family would definitely visit again! Love, love, Leadville!

Very well done home and I felt very comfortable here. My only issue was parking. Street parking only. I was visiting on a weekend, and there was a large truck right in front of the house the whole time I was there. Had to park at the very bottom of W 7th and lug my stuff up a very steep grade.

The Verbo was very nice indeed. The architecture and wall coverings were excellent. As a matter of fact we would like to buy a copy of the Verbo Shutterfly. Gabrielle gave us basic instructions on the TV remote which was very helpful. We were pleased to watch the Leadville DVD. The Verbo was convent for the train ride. Thanks

I can't say enough good things about this property. It was clean, had everything we needed, just a short 2 blocks from the main street in Leadville so we walked most everywhere. Adorable mix of vintage and modern
The "Princess House" was so lovingly restored by the owners, it was a pleasure to stay there. It was spotless and had all the modern amenities but with historical touches throughout. The backyard was a great place to watch the moon and gather with family.

Charming house great location
House was exactly as described and is so charming and reasonably priced. For such a small house it is very roomy. Has a few minor quirks but we would book it again in a heartbeat. Awesome location too. And property manager is quick to respond. The house’s electronic guidebook is very through, well put together, and came in handy. Stop looking and just book this house now.

WONDERFUL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This house is absolutely beautiful. Everything about it was great- very, very clean, bright, a few steps to town. The only downside is that it was listed on E4th street, very close to where other family was staying. Not a far walk and the accommodations were worth the walk. Communication with owner was prompt and professional. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great choice
Stayed here for the 100 mountain bike race. Incredibly convient location, blocks from the start. There are private baths off each bedroom too which is nice. House is charming and really comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
