This place is not for everyone. My wife and I enjoyed our stay because, as the listing said, the place is clean, close to town and has AMAZING views from the living room. But, if you are someone who enjoys the finer things in life you would be underwhelmed. The carpentry in the apartment would make an Alaskan bushman blush. The floors were so slanted they gave the place a funhouse mirror kind of feeling. The floor was so sloped it actually might have been a roof at one point. And the kitchen is low, as they mentioned in the listing. I'm 6'2" and bumped my head a few times on the way to the bathroom. But, the place has new paint, is clean, and works. And one thing totally out of the control of the owners, there are a pair of dogs across the street that barked at anything moving. They barked basically all afternoon and into the evening which made relaxing in the apartment difficult.
