「The architecture was representative of old Lebanese mountain resort. The one differentiator was the delicious food and the amazing customer service, led by the hotel manager Fayez. It is a quiet place to unwind with the occasional sounds of children laughing and playing in the courtyard. The night was peaceful with sounds from the valley below of frogs. It was a magical experience for me.」

「Calm hotel. Room was very clean. However, it was a bit cold despite the AC being set on 30°C. There was another floor mounted AC but the remote was not there. I guess it's for the winter season. Toilet is spotless. Towels and sheets white as snow. Would recommend if you ever plan on staying in Jezzine.」

「Loved this hotel! Very clean, and they had just remodeled. The staff was so friendly and sweet! It is also located in a very good area and walkable to super cute cafe's, restaurants, and shopping. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Beirut. Prices were also very reasonable too. 」
