“The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great both mornings we stayed. They kept everything clean and refilled with a good amount of options for everyone. The lounge area was nice and clean along with the room. The provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash was great! Some things starting to starting to show some age and wear, odd damp smell in the main floor hallway, but overall well maintained and I would choose to stay here again for another Kings Island visit.”

“I was very disappointed with the condition of this hotel room. The carpet was heavily stained and visibly dirty, making it look like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. There were also dirt stains on the walls, which made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. On top of that, the room had a strong mildew odor that made it feel damp and unclean from the moment I walked in. Overall, the cleanliness was far below what I expected, and it made my stay very uncomfortable. I expect……

“Overall appearance is below average. This place could use maintenance virtually everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned well and it showed, from the dirty food tray next to the microwave to the grime in the shower, to the white stains on the brown sofa, to the soiled carpet, the paint issues, green swimming pool water, and musty dirty smell in the room when you first enter the room. I rejected the first room and staff tried to get me to stay saying that smell was normal. The second room was……

“Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great and the staff there were friendly, inviting and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable, roomy and laid out well. Will be staying at more at IHG hotels.”

“We wanted a budget-friendly place to stay in Mason that was clean, had cold A/C, and included breakfast, and this was exactly that! The building could use some updates, and the gym was limited with a few machines not working. The common areas and elevator weren’t well air-conditioned. However, our room was clean, and once we turned on the A/C, it was incredibly POWERFUL. Housekeeping refreshed towels, emptied trash, and restocked toiletries daily. Breakfast had something for everyone:……
