“Great hotel the only issue was they don’t have actual blankets on the beds. They only have thicker sheets. I froze at night because of it. Also most of their parking is in the back of the hotel. This wouldn’t normally be a problem unless it’s raining and you have to walk in the pouring rain because of it. They don’t have a back entrance and that really sucks.”

“Customer service was absolutely horrible. Fellow by the name of Jordan was so rude. He screamed at my husband about the parking and we eventually called the authorities. I also have a video of him threatening to put us off the property for trespassing. I asked him “do you treat all of your customers this way?” Will never stay again.”

“Brought my nephew for a little getaway. We had a great time at the Hard Rock Hotel. Tons of food options .. though the 12 year old seemed mostly interested in the Sugar Factory (big hit!!) .. enjoyed the pool immensely .. overall great service, friendly employees, beds comfortable .. would choose Hard Rock again!”

“I was repeatedly prompted to complete online check-in for virtual key to room. Instructed to download app and supply required sensitive info. Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in. Room was pleasant and beds/bedding amazingly comfortable but shower had hairs on the wall tile. Sink very slow to drain and shower diverter from handheld to overhead non……

“Our room was quite comfortable and slept well. There was no noise in adjacent rooms or the hall and we were next to the elevator. Very nice. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Much more than the hotel we stayed at the night before which was not a Hampton so a plus when we look for future stays we’ll consider Hamptons over other hotel chains.”

“The lady at the front desk was top notch! Very friendly! We got in late and left early the next morning so we didn’t use any of the amenities, but we would stay there again.”
