“AJ at the front desk was AMAZING!! ”

“I was very pleased with our stay here and the friendliness of the staff. They were quite accomodating as well with my extra needs. It's a smaller hotel and very well kept. It actually smelled nice in there too. I did not eat the continental breakfast so I cannot fully rate that but it was included in our stay and they seemed to have the regular breakfast items with it. I would choose this hotel again for sure. The beds weren't too bad either. Some hotel beds are so hard, but these weren't……

“Let me start with the constructive criticism with the goal of helping ... It was hard not having hot water for a shower and not being offered some kind of voucher (for example, a complimentary night in the future) to account for the lack of hot water during our 4 day stay. The oatmeal needs to be cooked better also. And the coffee wasn't hot on a regular basis. “There are obviously many updates at this motel, and it is reasonably priced. However, the shower was horribly cold and took forever to get to a tolerable temperature. Stains on the sheets and mattress cover are highly suspicious of previous problems with Cimicidae, but mattress looked ok. Appreciate the hospitality but will probably not stay here again.”

“Our room was not what we expected from this Hotel. A used wash cloth was hanging in the shower and the desk chair was rusted and hold torn material. Stink bugs on the shower wall. We got in late after driving 11 hours so we didn’t notice until morning. We left for a funeral for the day so we didn’t want to pack up and change rooms. The Hotel offered to reimburse for one night. Expedia has not been responsive.”

“The hotel is under major construction and they were at one point laying concrete on our floor and tearing up carpets. There was no acknowledgment of this to us and it felt shady. ”

“Initially, likely because we had Expedia points to use for a free room, they put us in an handicap room which was unnecessary for our needs & right next to the noisy pool. But after a short discussion & kind request with helpful staff we were relocated to a suite that was newly renovated & quite lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend this hotel without question.”
