「I stayed here for 5 nights and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The rooms are outdated and have a strong musty smell from humidity. The dehumidifier leaked a significant amount of water onto the floor, making it slippery. My daughter fell because of this, which was very concerning. The rollaway bed smelled terrible and was uncomfortable to use. Housekeeping was one of the biggest disappointments. During our entire stay, they mostly just emptied the trash. The room was not...

「This was my second of what I hope to be many stays at the Divi Phoenix. The Divi Phoenix is located at the end of the Aruba high rise hotel area on Palm Beach. It’s a little less than a mile from all the restaurants which is a flat walk down the boardwalk along Palm Beach. The location is far away enough from all of the activity but a close walk to it. The beach and pools are always clean and well kept. Julio was always at the beach promptly at 7am to put out my chairs. The rooms are also clean...

「Very clean and nice resort. Some staff very friendly and helpful but many others not so much. It took a lot to be acknowledged at bars and a few restaurants, but over all we’d stay again.」

「Kontiki doesn’t have air conditioning in the main rooms. Hotel is under construction so there was banging and trucks making noise . They are having an issue with the sewage system so there was a terrible smell. Manager was not helpful at all. Cleaning staff and other workers were pleasant and friendly.」

「Shout out to Housekeeping! Our room was pristine and maintained daily. There are some grounds maintenance projects going on, but all of the other areas were beautiful. The front desk, dining, bar, and security staff were welcoming and helpful. I had a couple of first time young, teenage boys with me and I felt completely comfortable allowing them to free range the property. Thank you for making their first international trip so much fun!」

「Excellent location. Yes its a resort, but once you step foot out of the doors, it feels like your among the locals, which was great. Plenty of shopping and window shopping to do in the area without a crazy amount of walking. Beaches were clear and beautiful. Just a relaxed getaway. I would deff go again.. I've been to Aruba as well.. Curacao may have them beat!」
