「The staff was kind checking in. Only one elevator working with tons of travel ball kids staying at the hotel . The room was fairly clean , the worst part of the stay was how rough and scratchy the sheets were.」

「I think the water park needs maintenance; the facilities in the children's area are covered in algae.The noise from the rooms upstairs was very noticeable; it was quite loud, and it was hard to sleep because of it.」

「Really Small hotel. Clean and does have a small breakfast selection. You can never go wrong with waffles,sausage, eggs, apple or orange juice, selections of teas and bagels and muffins. Nice staff and close to States Ave. Felt safe as a single traveler as well. Close to quick bites and the highway. Will recommend!」

「Lots of addicts roaming the grounds and closed pool early for rain when it was not even raining. And 5 us stay in room with one towel given to us.」

「Check-in was tedious, granted it was late night(actually early morning, 1-130am), booking was via Travago via Expedia and all my info entered on line prior to arriving had to be re-entered at check-in. Upon entering the room the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling loosely and I was unable to secure it to the ceiling. Toilet was not working as the tank was draining the water and first flush proved no water in tank, Removed tank top and just left it on floor so I could manually fill tank...

However, we were left standing at the desk for 25 minutes rating for the two staff members to troubleshoot one of the two room key programming devices at the desk. There was no urgency to focus on getting us as customers checked in. Rather, we were basically told that we needed to wait.
