「Absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Dei Fiori! We were greeted by Elvis who was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-appointed - just like in the photos. The location was perfect as well. It's close to Piazza San Marco but not TOO close (it's very busy and loud at the Piazza). And, the water taxi pickup is a two-minute walk. If I could give this place six stars I would!」

「The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. 「Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.」

However, this 1400 sq ft apartment blew me away with its spacious rooms, remodeled bathrooms, COLD A/C and perfect location nearby sights and a water taxi stand.
