「Staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. Outside seating, garden and bar are all attractive and comfortable, however the room we had was extremely dated with stained carpet and tatty furniture. The bathroom was a good size but the shower definitely needs updating. We were in a room on the ground floor and floors above us were extremely creaky and it was possible to hear everything that went on. Rooms are most definitely not 4 star quality and I I'd struggle to give them 3 stars. It's...

「Ideal location for Silverstone but with no AC in the room and the hot weather ,a little uncomfortable. They seem to focus more on the restaurant with the rooms and add on. Not accept place to stay so a nit more work required on the accommodation.」

「We stayed here for Reggaeland, we were received warmly by George I believe his name was. Our room was clean and the perfect size. From our hotel to Reggaeland it was around 30min driving and around £38 there and back. Breakfast was great and you can get veggie options made if you ask the lovely team. The spa was great and the pool and steam room lovely way to end our trip! Thank you again!」

「The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was...
