“Though the room smelled musty at first, it was clean and relatively taken well care of. There was no cooking gas for the stove, so the staff kindly brought us an electric cooker instead. The staff were all very kind and patient with us. 24/7 electricity was almost there. There was a problem with the gen for almost a whole day and they also turned it off on Fridays. But for the most part, we were able to keep our apartment cool and comfortable. NEPA blessed us quite a bit as well. A few……

“Checking in and out was a HORRIBLE experience. The hotel claimed we did not have a reservation even after giving them the booking number. I had to call the hotel.com office to sort out the entire mess. Upon check out, the hotel claimed non paynent even after viewing the receipts that stated 'paid'. Once again the hotle.com office had to be called. But the hotel itself would not answer their phone. The front desk has alot to learn about customer service. ”
