「This was by far one of our best VRBO experiences. Kelsey and Joe were incredibly responsive and even checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was peaceful, quiet, and wonderfully private. 「Location was great! Cold breeze in living room, die to sealing slider being broke, freezer and microwave was not cleaned out. Toaster had dried food in it. Keriug over was filled with coffee. Comforter has major pilling on it. Kitchen cabinets are very unorganized and things just tossed in for passing pans subs. Silverware drawer has lots of crumbs and very dirty in that area. bathroom outlets did not work at all and I dropped something behind the cabinet in the bathroom and it is very dirty...

「7 of us arrived in the middle of a record setting snowfall for Traverse City. We weren’t sure we could even make it to the house. Our hosts worked with us to get us into a home with better parking.
