Lisa the host went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. We were dissapointed to discover that the property did not have twin beds for our adult children but Lisa did her best to solve this for us when it was not her problem. My advise would be to WhatsApp Lisa with any queries as the request sent thru Agoda did not get passed on

This is a very rustic property, our welcome drink was a warm bottle of coke, The ‘reception’ area was a table surrounded by blue tarps The manager is a lovely lady doing her best with what she is given. There is no food/bar/restaurant The pool is clean and well maintained, We moved from the first room allocated as the patio door didn’t shut and the mosquitos had a really good feed on my legs overnight. The next room was much better, even had an open air loo with a view of the neighbours

The staff were amazing and looked after our every need. The huts are beautiful and have hammocks by the pool. The ladder going up to the bedroom is very steep so keep that in mind if you are not nimble. No safe in one of our rooms and no glasses or bottle opener etc for drinks. Overall fantastic value for money.

I just finished an amazing 2 week stay here. The location is perfect, quiet but also very easy access to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach. The common areas were immaculately kept (everything outdoors swept at least 2x per day). The pool was so clean and inviting and a great central feature in the common area. The room was cleaned spotlessly and the bed linens smelled sooooo good. And then there is Lisa. I can’t say enough good things about her and the genuine care that she has for both the grounds and the guests. She made a stay that was great and turned it into extraordinary. I really felt like I was staying with family, and that’s a very unique thing to find. If (hopefully when) I find myself back on Lembongan, I won’t look at staying anywhere but here.

Also: Nichts wie hin!!!! Danke an Lisa für alles. Terima kasi!!! Petra
