Health Hub with exclusive plant based menu is excellent. The food was well made with exquisite presentation. The staff is very amicable and attentive to any request with prompt service. Enjoyed the villa very much.

Had a pleasant stay, staff were friendly and helpful, although musky smelling the room was cleaned daily, hotel run down a little with some restorations going on while we were there. Would of liked beef or pork snags instead of chicken every morning at breakfast. Overall it was an enjoyable break.

Excellent hotel. I stayed here for 7 nights with my husband for my 30th birthday and they had upgraded our room because of it. The rooms were very spacious and clean with house cleaning coming in twice a day. The entire property was just beautiful and the staff were the best. My husband had planned a romantic dinner at the hotel the night of my birthday and the next day all the staff were asking us how it went. They were just so attentive and kind. A buffet Breakfast was included with a separate menu that you choose from all included. Everything was delicious and they made the best cappuccinos/lattes. The hotel is also very central so there were food options, supermarkets and ATMs everywhere. The monkey forest is also walking distance. We has a 2 hr massage at the spa which was great! I could go on and on but most importantly, the people of Bali are just so lovely to not just tourist but also each other and the hotel staff were also a representation of that.
