"Unfortunately, the staff were overloaded and doing their best and the pool was beyond busy that my kids did not enjoy it at all The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very quiet even though there were kids running in the hallways and the hotel was beyond busy Parking wasn’t too difficult which was surprising given how busy the hotel was "

"The staff are amazing and I felt very welcomed and safe I travel a lot in an around the Winnipeg Airport hotels and this one I would say overall is a 3 1/2 because it’s starting to show it’s where and the beds are not as comfortable as a Hilton, but the staff were very friendly We had a king suite which had plenty of room The staff were very accommodating of our extra request for additional bedding and towels The continental breakfast was your essentials with the eggs, actually decent and normal tasting hot sausage and potatoes with a couple of choices of cereal, breads, yogurt, and waffle station The pool is a bit smaller and the slide not as tall as we were expecting, but the kids had fun and the gym is basic The only odd part was the lounge/VLT area for people coming in going that weren’t necessarily staying at the hotel The location was very convenient off of berry near Wellington "

"There was no ice machine working on any floor . Rooms beside us were so noisy at 2 am and 6 am u could not sleep. Yes we got moved to upgrade but what a hassle and after 2 nd time we complained. Maybe people making racket should move ,like to the street "

"Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle. He dropped us off at the hotel. The front desk clerk was equally as friendly. We were in our room before 3:30 We could not ask for any better service "

"For a decent price, is everything it needed to be. Very slow check in and a mishap with the payment was annoying but the rest was fine."
