"Owners attenuative to texts for any needs. We arrived very late to property d/t I95 bridge being rerouted and it was no big deal with Toby the owner. Its a Quaint clean home with all needed amenities. Great kitchen. My husband and I love to cook. Be aware that main bedrooms are upstairs and bathroom is downstairs r/t toilet use at night/ small children. Property was well manicured with fabulous Chesapeake Bay views. Awesome dock for everything. Owner provided crab traps!!! Bring couple steaks...

"My wife and I and our three kids under 11 came here for a long weekend. The property is wonderful, with tons of room to play, ride bikes, and water access. It was also a wonderful location for our black lab who love exploring the farm and the creek. The owner’s were very responsive and the house was very well stocked. We hope to come back."

"The property is located in a small neighborhood right by the water. While there are houses fairly close it is quiet with beautiful views. The house is clean and has good appliances/wifi for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom with a big bathroom and living room. The screened in patio is good to avoid the mosquitos. One note is for those with mobility issues, the shower/bathtub has a high ledge with a thicker width to get in/out."

"The property is easy to access and the house is filled with natural light from the huge windows. It’s a wonderful getaway if you want to unplug and enjoy a cozy few days of quiet. We found a waterfront Mexican restaurant nearby and walked to the winery next door. It’s very clean and the host is very responsive if you have any questions. Loved drinking coffee on the deck while enjoying the peaceful pond view. Left relaxed and refreshed!"
