Beautiful apartment, well-equipped with southwest exposure and fountain and ski slope views.

This 47 m2 apartment with a terrace for 4 to 6 people has 2 bedrooms: one with two side-by-side 90 cm beds, one with a 160 cm double bed, and a sofa bed of 140 cm. A bathroom with an Italian shower, washing machine, towel dryer. Separate toilet. A living area with a kitchen corner equipped with a dishwasher and a combined oven and microwave (toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided), filter coffee maker (coffee and filter not provided). A terrace with ski mounting. An underground parking is included and access to the floor is by elevator. Pets are not allowed.



Residence Located at the foot of the ski slopes next to the Chamois chairlift, ski return to the doorstep, 5-minute walk to the station center, for winter. The ESF (French Ski School) is a 10-minute walk away.

In summer, mountain biking is accessible with the same chairlift, with many hiking trails and an aquatic center open during school holiday periods.

The spa is nearby and accessible during the winter season.



The restaurant bar brasserie des Granges Le Kaktuss welcomes you all day long during the seasons, you can enjoy the fireplace area in winter.

The shop of the La Grange aux Skis residence offers for rent: skis, snowboard, snowscoot, sleds, scooters, snowshoes.

Great property in the heart of Prapoutel

The host was very accommodating. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight and closed roads but the host ensured got the keys and got into the property without issue. The property was clean and comfortable. The coffee machine and pods was a nice touch. Very good location with underground parking. Great overall experience. Thank you! touch touch
